INSTALLATION
Replacing your carpet and installing a wood product is great for families with allergies and can make a dramatic new look for your home. We specialize in installing unfinished, pre-finished, laminate and LVT flooring.
SAND AND FINISHING
Whether its a new floor or an existing one, you can count on Durham Designs for a perfect finish when sanding your hardwood floor. We have experience with both water based and oil based finish.
Stairs and Interior Trim
By removing the carpet on your stairs and replacing it with solid wood treads and risers, you can create a beautiful stair case that will last for many years to come. Want to add trim to the project? We can do that as well.

Born and raised in Nebraska, Jason moved to Denver, CO where he met his beautiful wife Amy and they were blessed with two amazing boys Trevor and Brody soon after. Jason began his career in hardwood flooring in 2001 with one of the premier hardwood flooring companies in the Denver Metro area. “The training and exposure I received during my time in Colorado is the cornerstone of my success today.” Being versed in all areas of the flooring process, Jason does the job from start to finish. Whether you need a floor installed, sanded, or both.
